Jo Hanul has primarily worked on B2B SaaS products and operational and monitoring systems in the logistics and smart-city domains. His experience spans the full process through which products take shape, including user research, service planning, requirements definition, UX design, design-system development and operation, validation, stakeholder communication, and schedule coordination. His strength lies in structuring complex requirements and processes and aligning the languages of planning, design, and development; he also undertakes development and production directly where needed. He seeks to be a product professional who understands planning, design, and technology together and connects product-wide decision-making with execution.

Recently, he has been interested in how AI is changing the way complex work is performed and products are developed, and how the roles of people and systems are being redefined in that process.
